Sidharth Shukla Death: Dil Se Dil Tak Director Ashish Srivastav Says He Was A Happy-Go-Lucky Guy; Balika Vadhu's Chhoti Anandi Avika Gor Calls Him An ‘Amazing Soul’
TV actor and Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla died due to a heart attack Thursday morning, leaving the industry in utter shock. A sea of fans now wait to pay their last respect to the actor. Heartfelt tributes from his friends and colleagues have been pouring in since morning for the late actor. Sidharth's Dil Se Dil Tak director Ashish Srivastav poured his heart out as he spoke about him. As reported by ETimes TV, Ashish said Sidharth was a happy-go-lucky guy and very professional in his approach.

He said, “I had set up the show Dil Se Dil Tak, and found him to be a very happy-go-lucky guy. He was a mast maula.” Recalling the time how the actor unlike others would come on the sets prepared and discussed before he shot for his scenes, he said, “As an actor, he would read his lines and come on set and would like to discuss before shoot which you rarely find actors doing today. I don't know about others, my discussions with him were healthy. He was very confident whatever discussion happened.”

He added, "Sidharth thoroughly knew his job and delivered it to the ‘T’. “It was very logical he never troubled me and whatever it is the actor needs to know about the role if he reacted to somebody's behaviour is a different story when you know what you are doing and there are very few actors who work like that today."

“Siddharth being part of any show was value addition -- screen presence, face value and aura of an actor helps you to pull audience viewership. After Bigg Boss his fan following became huge and that is the reason they had to keep bringing him back on the show and have never seen him dull or sad ever in his life." Though I haven't met him too many times, he was sweet and a pure hearted gentleman. Prayers for his soul and his family.
